![]() Allyn Media also helped identify and provide media training for key spokespersons. As an outcome of this research our deliverables included an overarching Guiding Principles document, a Media Policy, a Social Media and Digital Policy, plus a far-reaching Crisis Communications Manual that included a variety of responses for both large- and small-scale crisis events. Research included focus groups and one-on-one interviews. The plan included several months of stakeholder research and collaboration with key leadership to develop an understanding of potential issues and the overall landscape of Choctaw’s business structure. ![]() Allyn Media began working with the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma in developing a comprehensive Crisis Communications plan for its casinos and resorts in 2018. ![]()
